The Samaritan Companies is involved with the entire discipline of Real Estate Asset Creation. This property, opening in December 2014, will be the new standard bearer for Multi-family on the west-side of Indianapolis.
Through our Development Company, Cedar Run Limited, Inc., we have developed over 8,600 single-family lots in Indiana and Montana including the massive Heartland Crossing Multi-use Community located on the southern border of Indianapolis, IN. This community remains the largest single PUD in Indiana, and boasts over 3200 single-family units, 354 Multi-family units, 200+ acres of Industrial land-use, and over 700,000sft of Retail Space. At 1500 acres encompassing three separate Counties of jurisdiction, Heartland Crossing demonstrates the ability of Samaritan to navigate the most complex of developments, while creating/instituting TIF Districts and Conservancy Districts to maximize return and secure economic success.
